Where will “Kewl” be positioned in the web3 gaming ecosystem?
Ekrem tells the story behind the idea:
“I guess I wouldn’t be exaggerating if I said that as a team, we have reviewed 100’s of blockchain games in the last 2 years.
We took a look at their teams, token economies, game contents, game designs, how to reach the masses and how players can enjoy it.
It was a grueling and experienced ride.
Although the shortcomings and the need to do are known to the entire ecosystem, almost every project has set its strategy on emulating a model that will be successful.
The players’ point of view was a completely different problem.
The first problem, of course, was trust and fun.
What game would players not be able to play?
Could the NFT players invested in add entertainment or financial return?
Transactions and expenses were not easy in blockchain. Also, different problems could arise in different games in each different blockchain network.
It was clear that there was a need for a trust-based filter across the entire ecosystem.
Specific to the players; A standalone wallet was needed that could support multiple networks and allow players to seamlessly store and transact their private NFTs very quickly and easily.
There was no gaming platform where they could easily buy and sell game items, had a strong audience, valuable games and NFTs.
For game companies, the situation was even more complicated.
If they wanted to launch a collection, they didn’t have a team behind them to develop smart contracts.
Studios with the ability to make fun games were unfamiliar with the blockchain ecosystem.
How would they meet this audience?
For a year, we discussed all the problems one by one among ourselves for weeks, months.
Could we build such a trust platform?
Could we make both studios and actors happy and bring them together at a common meeting point?
This is how the Kewl story began.
We have experienced all the problems ourselves.
Our investments lost value.
The games were left unfinished, they lost their fun.
As players, we were unhappy.
We decided to go on a journey to solve all of these problems.
By installing the flexible smart contract architecture in our project, we provided the opportunity for all game studios to create their own NFTs and support them with Web3 infrastructure.
In addition, we have created an NFT architecture that can be developed by self-training.
Therefore, a constantly developing character (NFT) in the game would be able to develop and gain value within the same contract.
We had a great response when we shared this product with the studios.
For the players, we started to add projects to our platform by selecting projects that are highly selective, trust-creating, sustainable and create value and use for their NFTs.
Alpha testing of our developments, which we think is very exciting for the Web3 gaming ecosystem, has completed.
In the coming period, we will start to list 10s of games inside and open the platform to the players.
I hope that the added value we are trying to create will be reciprocated in the web3 gaming ecosystem and it will be a platform that aims for the perfect experience for each user and our partner.
“Kewl” actually means “Cool”.
I think we have created a really “cool” product.
I would like to thank my entire team for their extraordinary effort and work performance throughout this process.
Our motto is clear: “Play on any Blockchain , trade in one platform”
We will regularly share our improvements.
Thank you for your wonderful support.
